This includes project management well before the installation takes place, by liaising with you, your architects, contractors etc, all leading to pre delivery support, installation, training and logistics. Our 24/7 technical support team works with clients remotely across multiple time differences and also locally with appointed engineers close to your business.
installation
Before we install the chamber for your clinic, we conduct considerable diligence on the location to ensure that everything is planned, well before your chamber is delivered.
We confirm room sizes, accessibility, humidity, air flow, power supply, right the way through to the patient journey into the chamber itself. Our team will support you in every aspect of the pre installation paperwork, to ensure the smoothest of transitions from factory departure to your first treatment.
servicing
All of the CryoClinix chambers are monitored and serviced remotely. This means we will likely know if something is wrong before you do. We specialise in both preventive and planned servicing, specifically to ensure that your chamber is constantly monitored even while you are sleeping.
For every installation carried out, no matter where in the world, we partner with engineers close to your location, meaning that if a site visit should be required for any reason, then we can react quickly.
